Major Key points to incorporation a limited company: There are minimum two share holders and/ or directors required to fulfill requirement of Company Act 1965 of Malaysia. Two local Malaysian are required too for some cases due to foreign share holders are not residing of Malaysia. Minimum capital can start from RM 2 to TM 500,000, now may have question why RM 2 and RM 500000?
